education × AI × growth
I take the big picture and turn it into work that gets done.
Almost 20 years scaling SaaS companies, and now back in education, where I wanted to start. I help teams adopt new tools for real, whether that’s software they sell or AI they use.
Currently
- Leading growth and go-to-market
- Teaching AI workshops
- Consulting at Groundshift Labs
What I do
Three ways into the same problem: getting people to actually use something new.
Go-to-market growth
Product, positioning and revenue teams for PE-backed SaaS companies growing from $20M to $500M+ ARR. More than $200M raised, plus expansion into the US from Europe and Latin America.
Digibee · FASTR · GoDaddy · Experian
Teaching AI
Hands-on workshops where teams build their first workflow together. More than 1,000 people trained, including Fortune 500 teams and 500+ leaders at Ai4.
Ai4 · General Assembly advisor & instructor · Fortune 500 teams
Education
Teachers first, students second. Helping educators use AI for their own work, like grading feedback and lesson prep, before deciding how students should use it.
ETS since 2024 · AI for Teachers workshops
The story
I wanted to be a math teacher.
Right after college I went into B2B SaaS instead, and spent close to twenty years in product, marketing and go-to-market. I built revenue teams, expanded companies into new markets, served as a board member and advisor, and was part of multiple exits.
In 2024 I moved into education, and it came full circle. Now I teach AI, product and go-to-market, and consult through Groundshift Labs. I’m at my best in the tools with people: building the prompt together, timing the task, and seeing the difference.
I’ll tell you what didn’t work, too. Most of what I know about AI rollouts came from the ones that stalled.

How I work
Set the table before diving in. Use plain language. Make it concrete with a real scenario and real numbers. Start with one workflow, not a company-wide launch.
